My client is a large company within Insurance

Project Manager to take on the following:
1 - Review the assumptions around the original business case
- review current governance and documents with the team
- validate the cost
- assemble all relevant data

2 - Outsourcing / Vendor selection
- Assemble all relevant data
- Prepare RFP
- Get sign off for the vendor

3 - Solution implementation
- produce relevant documents
- Manage the project to completion

RFP preparation is essential

Insurance knowledge / experience is ideal
