Basic Salary: £15,000 plus commission OTE £25,000, Pro (Guaranteed earnings first 3 months £18,750)

Location: Sheerness

Hours: 5 days per week including a Saturday

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic sales team in Sheerness. Sheerness is highly attractive to potential buyers with a number of very popular local areas, including the beach, which has been awarded the coveted Blue Flag Award for 2015. This is a busy office and a great opportunity to learn the ropes in this fantastic career.

Duties will include:

•Delivering high level of customer service by “out- passioning” our competitors.
•Part of your role will be out and about, accompanying our clients on property viewings so you must be able to drive.
•Working to targets.
•Generating sales leads for mortgage appointment, viewings, conveyancing and valuations for our Listers.
