We have been a National Living Wage employer for some time, this isn't new to Scott Care. We believe we need to pay over the basic amount to get responsible people who live locally to do a little (or a lot of work) on a regular basis, each day & alternate weekends, to support their local community and the people of Medway.

We are looking for applicants who would like a career in Social Care who live in the Medway area. You will be caring for adults and elderly people, making a difference to their lives. Sometimes you are the only contact the person has from one day to the next. We are looking for people who can enable and re-able others.

We are able to offer as many or as few hours as you like, around the hours of our care delivery, early mornings, evenings, bed time and weekends. You need a mobile phone and use of a car. You need to be committed to your role, which will in turn offer continuity to our service users.

If this is you and you want to work for us you need to complete an application form and attend an interview as soon as possible as we have some training dates coming up for people with experience of care work and those new to care.

We also need evenings and weekend only care staff. Ideal for people who are working a main job or have family commitments during the week, but have some time to spare at the weekends. If it’s only a few hours on a regular basis we can offer you work once we have trained you.

In return for your commitment we will train you in to a minimum QCF Level 2 Health & Social Care. Applicants are subject to a DBS Check (formally CRB) and will need to provide references.

Scott Care is an equal opportunities employer.
