A2 Tyre Supplies are a busy tyre / mechanical centre. This centre offers a comprehensive range of tyres and mechanical servicing to our retail and trade customers.

The Role

As a Tyre Fitter at A2 Tyre Supplies, you will assist the centre management team by providing a consistent and outstanding levels of customer care in line with the company’s values, policies and procedures. As part of the team you will help to achieve centre objectives in order to maximise sales and enhance the profitability of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
•Support the centre management team to increase sales of products and services
•Ensure full Vehicle Health Checks are carried out and customers are advised accordingly
•Complete fast fit duties, which will include replacing and servicing tyres
•Ensure compliance of Health and Safety standards at all times
•Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service
•Comply with all company standards, values, policies and procedures

The Person

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a full valid driving licence which is essential for this role. Experience of working in a similar role is preferred.

A2 Tyre Supplies was founded in 1975 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. The company is still family owned to this day.

We have transferred through two properties so that we can make sure the customer will get the best service we can possibly offer. We offer a viewing area so that the customer is able to watch their car being worked on or there is our comfortable waiting room while we take care and professionally keep vehicles in the best condition possible.

The Workshop

We aim to excel at customer satisfaction and this why we have equipped our workshop with 4 fitting bays, a service bay and 2 wheel alignment bays.

Our workshop consists of 4 fitting bays and 4 tyre changing machines and 3 balancing machines that are capable of fitting tyres up to 24 inch and run flat tyres.

Our workshop is also equipped with 2 of the latest Supertracker 4 wheel computer alignment systems which guarantees that vehicle wheels will be perfectly aligned. We also will print out the before and after results so that customers are personally able to see that we have correctly adjusted your wheel alignment to the manufacturers guidelines.

We have also installed a servicing bay which we are able to offer you a range of services from replacing an exhaust to a full vehicle servicing. With over 2500 tyres in stock we make sure our customers get the fast and friendly service they deserve.
