Corporate Services Manager, Tonbridge £350 per day 6 month contract working for a Financial Services Company

Your new company
This Financial Services company are looking to recruit a Corporate Services Manager to provide effective leadership and management of the facilities management operational teams.

Your new role
You will be overseeing 80,000 sq ft of space over 54 acres of land. You will be responsible for the exceptional delivery of services including, engineering & maintenance, cleaning & housekeeping, catering, moves and changes, reception/switchboard, archiving, postal services and security supported by full teams of personnel. You will be responsible for property management, including all corporate and residential properties affiliated with the business that sit under the grounds. You will also be involved with any short or long term planning, moves or changes that are being undertaken in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have extensive experience in a similar position providing facilities management services, ideally gained within a financial services environment. You must have excellent people management skills and be committed to providing the highest standard of customer service. A good understanding of M&E services, health and safety and contract and financial management is essential. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively report findings and updates to management.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a daily rate of £350-375 per day on a 6 month contract. You will be based on a large site in Tonbridge with on-site parking available.
