We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Customer Support Scheduler to join our fast paced and busy Customer Support Team taking care of our Largest European customer.
The successful candidate will have experience in strategic planning, scheduling (SAP, MRP, ERP, AREBA or equivalents) and order processing. The role will involve assessing and disseminating the customer’s requirements from the production schedule with monthly, weekly and daily review and control.
Ideally the right applicant will be fluent in French to facilitate customer facing communication as regular site visits would be expected.
Attention to detail is paramount and proven records of exceptional customer service skills in a manufacturing background is key for success. Knowledge of Cerm will be a plus. We are looking for a logical thinker that demonstrates positive attitude and determination to getting the work done, common sense and prepared to 'go find'.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (Flexibility required). Attractive salary TBA based on relevant experience. Full training of our bespoke software will be provided. Starting date: From June 2017.
