Our client, an international company specialising in the manufacturing of paper packaging and bags is looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Machine/Packing Operative for their busy site on the outskirts of Maidstone.

The role will involve being trained in various positions within the site including machine operating and packing, no previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.

Applicants will ideally have worked in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. The standard hours of work will be 7:00am to 3:45pm Monday to Thursday, with a 2pm finish every Friday.

The starting hourly pay rate will be £7.05 (£7.50 for qualifying staff) rising to £7.50 after a 12 week training period.

The client site is based on an excellent public transport route and there is onsite parking for staff.
