Following a recent restructure of the service, KCC Lifespan Pathway team are looking for a Care manager to join there experienced team. Based in either Dover or Hythe and with a flexible working pattern, this is a fantastic opportunity for either a newly qualified social work or experienced adults social worker to join an established and stable team that very rarely has vacancies. You must be either qualified social worker, OT or Nurse with a passion to work with adults and young people in the community with Learning disabilities. The role requires you be able to work under pressure and to prioritise case work. Safeguarding experience and knowledge will also be essential with skills to carry out assessments also key.
