This position is for one day a week (Friday) but will include holiday cover when required.

To prepare and cook a range of hot meals (including specific dietary requirements) within a given budget and menu, as set by the Senior Catering Team Leader for clients, staff and volunteers.
To also ensure a range of scones, cakes and pastries are made for sale in the snack bar
