My Client, a forward thinking, constantly evolving and expanding Company in fresh produce, is now looking to recruit a 'hands on' Production Team Leader to operate high speed production lines efficiently to maximise line output, product and packaging yields, whilst achieving and maintaining production & product quality targets and to demonstrate effective leadership by motivating and developing all team members.

The Role: Production Team Leader - shift

Supervision of line changeovers
Line feed setting & operation
The operation of various types of equipment - ie: Bin tippers, Bagging machines, Inspection equipment, Printers, Packaging, Multi-head weighers , Conveyors
Accurate completion of production related documentation
Production checks
To minimise/prevent and record all types of line downtime
Health & Safety
Liaise with the Shift Manager regarding feedback of the team's performance
Ensure that team is allocated work efficiently

Alternating shifts: 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6 , Monday - Friday
