Situated in Sissinghurst, one of the most picturesque corners of Kent, The Milk House is a village pub at the heart of the community.

As a Sous Chef, you'll share responsibility for high standards of kitchen quality and consistency. You'll need to cook with technical skill and a love for food while maintaining effective kitchen controls and exemplary health and hygiene procedures. We're looking for someone who's passionate about food, ambitious, is a natural team player, reliable and thrives in a busy environment.
