Randstad are looking for a Contracts Manager for residential and education project in Kent and London. The successful Contracts Manager will be reporting in to the Regional Manager and will be taking responsibility for a portfolio of work.

Overview:
Our client is a successful construction, development, maintenance, investment and management group operating throughout England, predominantly in London and the southern counties.
Our client operates across a broad range of sectors, including Housing, Education, Health and Mixed Use. This side of our client both constructs and develops education, healthcare and housing projects working in partnership with our key stakeholders including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Commercial sector partners.
Role &Responsibilities:
As part of our clients continued success and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join their highly professional and experienced team.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take direct responsibility for successful delivery of new build residential and education projects. You will work to achieve the expected net profit for each of your contracts; working with surveyors to ensure the agreed cash flow is attained, production quality is achieved on time and to budget.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced construction contracts manager; preferably with residential and education experience gained with a main contractor. You will have an excellent commercial awareness about you; along with strong profit and loss management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced, successful and driven construction team.
