The Company
The Pot Company is one of the UKs leading suppliers of Planters and Garden Features to the Trade and Wholesale sector. We offer an extensive range of products, imported from all over the world and we work with some of the most prestigious Garden Centres and Landscape Designers in the country.

The Role
Due to continued expansion, The Pot Company have an immediate requirement for a full time Warehouse Assistant to join our hard-working team.

The role includes:

- Picking and packing orders for despatch via our own transport network or via pallet or parcel courier
- Occasional local deliveries will be required using our LWB Sprinter van and a high level of customer service must be maintained at all times.
- Load lorries in a safe manner and ensure that the load is checked
- Unload supplier deliveries and ensure that the delivery ticket is accurately checked
- Ensure stock remains accurate
- Heavy lifting is required due to the nature of our products
- Working as part of a team and using your own initiative to ensure all orders are dispatched in a quick and efficient manner
- Undertake any other duties as assigned

Requirement of role:

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential for someone with the right attitude
- Previous experience in driving a forklift is beneficial
- A clean driving license and own transport
- Age 25 + (due to van insurance policy)
- Flexible attitude
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Be motivated and honest
- Attention to detail

The Package
Salary will be dependent on the level of experience but an excellent package will be on offer for the right candidate.
