Sales Executive - Outbound Team
£17500 plus Commission

As a Internal Sales Office Executive on the Outbound Team you will be part of a team that is jointly responsible for providing a market leading service for all of our customer base.

You will be responsible for all aspects of service that relate to nurturing and growing the new business.
Work on ad hoc campaigns led by the Marketing Department
Actively promote products and services to increase business
Build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on the customer's wants and needs
Provide an excellent level of customer service and deal with any query promptly and efficiently
Able to deal with any request you have from the customer base, or ensure you get them to the right department
Liaise across all departments to action any customer requests
Strive to exceed any targets set dependant on current campaign
Follow all processes and procedures

This role comes with commission and good benefits, 25 days holiday, childcare vouchers, subsidised gym membership, pension along with parking.
Hours Monday to Friday 37 hours per week
