The position holder will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of a high quality grounds maintenance service. They will be in charge of Health and Safety for the operatives and with be responsible for carrying out works to meet client’s expectations.

Salary: Dependant on experience, 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), discount to on site gym and free access to swimming pool.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• To supervise operatives with-in the team
• To assist in all aspects of grounds maintenance, mowing,
strimming and bed work etc…
• Ability to communicate well
• Mature attitude to safety procedures
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team
• To complete all relevant paper work (risk assessments /
check sheets)
• To act at all times as a representative of the company and
ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.

Experience

• Full clean driving licence, with at least five years’ driving
experience. (Ability to tow a trailer would be desirable)
• At least 3 years of Grounds Maintenance
• Certificate in pesticide application, NPTC PA1 & PA6A
Spraying.
• Sound Knowledge of Horticulture.
