About the Role:

The Electrician will carry out repairs and maintenance activities to a high standard on a wide range of properties in a courteous and polite manner, recognising their customer care philosophy.

The Electrician is accountable for completing repair works as directed by the client via a PDA and for achieving and maintaining high standards of work that ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Within this role you will undertake all electrical repairs and renovations identified within our social housing stock and any other properties as instructed in both tenanted and void properties, ensuring that the correct materials are identified and used to complete the work at the required quality standard. In addition you will identify where necessary, the extent of repairs and installations required on site, with the aim to complete in one visit, reporting any problems or further action required to the office.

You will also complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports, installation and minor works certificates and undertake multi-skilled works as and when required.

About You:

The ideal candidate will hold an Electrical Qualification equivalent to City and Guilds 2360 (Part 1 & 2)/2330 Level 3 and ideally hold a Testing and Inspection qualification equivalent to City and Guilds 2391.or 2394/5 Candidates with the 17th Regulation update (City and Guilds 2382) would be also be desirable.

You must have a clean driving licence and be eligible to work in the UK. Our works cover the London & South East / Bromley and surrounding areas.
