The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for our busy client in the Maidstone area.

The role:

This person will need to have experience in restaurant or hotel work, they will have to be driven and ambitious, want to have an input in our menu writing, have a passion for fresh, seasonal and local food, in the absence of the Junior sous chef for the a la carte restaurant they will be in charge of running the kitchen on quieter nights (with the backup of senior chefs), this is a mainly evenings job role so it is imperative that they have their own transport and don’t expect to be getting evenings or weekends off (only say this to eliminate chefs looking for day work or Monday to Friday). The right candidate will have knowledge of health and safety, fridge management etc..

The role is a temp to perm and the salary for this role is £18,000-£20,000 mark dependant on the abilities and experience of the candidate, once you go full-time.
