The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a sous chef for our busy client in the Maidstone area.

The Role:

This person will need to have had experience with not only sending functions for fairly large numbers (up to 250 covers) but will also have fine dining experience to fit in with the high standards that we offer in our banqueting facility, they will need to be able to run their own small team along with being in charge of the ordering, menu planning and cleanliness and stock rotation of their own kitchen.

The role is a temp to perm position and the Salary for this position is around the £25,000-£28,000 mark dependant on the abilities and experience of the candidate once you've gone full-time.
