We are currently looking for enthusiastic, caring, reliable individuals to join our highly motivated team to provide support and promote independence to people who have experienced; ill health, disability, or lost confidence to lead independent lives.

Experience of working within rehabilitation, respite, dementia and day service settings is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided to successful applicants.

You must be able to lead by example and be confident in organising, and supervising, the home’s living and working environment. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You must have a Diploma/NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards the award within twelve months of being in post.

Full Driving Licence is preferred

We offer an hourly rate of £7.99 per hour Social and £8.44 per hour Unsocial.
£15.98 on Bank Holidays and an additional 20p enhancement paid on the hourly rate for NVQ/Diploma Qualificationworked on a 24 hour rota which includes weekends and evenings.

Working hours: 35 Hours per week. Working hours are to be worked on a 24 hour rota which includes weekends and evenings.
