Locks 4 Vans is the UK’s largest manufacturer of additional security locks for light commercial vehicles. Due to the continued expansion of our business we are looking for a motivated individual to work in our Customer Service Department.

Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 P/A
Hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Term: Full Time
Start Date: Immediately

The Job

• Organising Installations and Service calls
• Answering customer phone calls – taking messages, taking orders, answering queries
• Processing customer orders, Invoicing, taking credit card payments
• Processing e-mail and web enquiries
• Producing purchase orders, returns notes and credit notes
• Some outward sales calls

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have experience working on the telephone in a customer service environment If you do not have this experience please do not apply.

Other Essentials:

• Be IT literate and have good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good telephone manner and comfortable making and receiving calls
• Be fluent in English and have a positive work ethic
• Can effectively prioritise tasks and be organised

Desirable:

• Knowledge of SAP
• Sales Experience
• Knowledge of van makes/models
