My client is looking for a full time Sous Chef to be able to fit in to their traditional family run bar and restaurant near Sheerness, which offers stunning views across the Thames estuary.

They offer great food and pride themselves on their fresh, home cooked food that consists of local high quality produce. They visit Billingsgate and Smithfield`s market to buy their fish and meat specials.

All of their meals are made fresh to order using only the finest ingredients. The kind of things you can expect to cook are Fish Dishes - Scampi & Chips or Seabass and Meat Dishes- Homemade Burgers, Pies, Quality Steak or their Infamous Lamb Shank.

The hours of work would be 40 hours a week, including evening and weekend work. You would hold relevant experience as a Sous Chef and hold Level 2 food Hygiene certificate
