Pilgrims Hospices are seeking an experienced and creative fundraising manager to implement and develop the strategy to secure and increase funding across all areas to create a sustainable future.

An inspiring leader with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels you’ll motivate and lead the fundraising team to meet short and long term financial goals, as well as monitoring and evaluating performance, reporting against monthly progress, identifying and mitigating risks and identifying opportunities for continual improvement.

As the Fundraising Manager you will work with the Director of Income Generation and Marketing to develop Pilgrims Hospices strategy and therefore must have a proven track record of fundraising and the vision and passion to build a diversified and high functioning fundraising practice.
