You will put together recruitment campaigns targeting Graduates based in West Kent, but will also focus attention on finding quality staff for the organisation's international offices.
The role will be interesting and varied with elements of recruitment and Human Resources, it will also provide an opportunity to be innovative and put your own stamp on things.
Previous Graduate Recruitment experience will be highly attractive but all applicants MUST have previous experience in either recruitment or HR to be considered for this role.
If you are degree educated you will have a distinct advantage of being fast tracked through the process.
