Working for an Enterprise Level IT Solutions Provider you role will involve providing support and Training around client products; ensure customer satisfaction by providing supreme service ensuring products work correctly, and relationship management leading to further business growth. Basically you will be the face of our client at client sites!
Reporting, documentation and analysis of services will also be needed.
This role will involve UK travel with overnight stays, so would suit someone comfortable being away from home.
Some technical troubleshooting skills expected too.
Any skills or experience around IT, Telecoms, Mobile technology a big advantage.
