We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our high-flying team in Sittingbourne.

Our Sittingbourne office is competing at top market share on right move and is constantly achieving exceptional results. The combination of new build developments and easy access to the A2 makes Sittingbourne a very popular choice for buyers and there is always a steady stream of new properties and homeowners for you to get your teeth stuck into! You will also benefit from working alongside one of our most established teams in Ward & Partners where our Senior Branch Manager Mark has 21 years’ experience working in the industry.

Duties will include:

•Delivering high level of customer service by “out- passioning” our competitors.
•A high level of telephone work, following up leads, liaising with clients, gathering and communicating feedback on properties viewed.
•Some of your time will be out and about, accompanying our clients on property viewings so you must be able to drive and have your own car.
•Working to targets.
•Generating sales leads for mortgage appointment, viewings, conveyancing and valuations for our Listers.

We are looking for people who are driven by a career and whilst your expected Year 1 earnings will be between £20,000 and £25,000, as you develop your skills and progress up the promotional ladder, earnings for our senior people can be double this and more!
