We are currently recruiting for a permanent role for a large Steel Fabrication company.

They are looking for a motivated fabricator to step up and manage the team.
The role is approx 30% fabrication, the rest of the time is team leading.

They seek an energetic individual to inject some dynamism into the team and ensure everyone is performing at the top of their ability, whether it be veteran fabricators who have worked there 20 years, or a junior fabricating assistant fresh out of college.

Someone with the ability to manage strongly is needed, but this is not an agressive, rough workshop where an iron fist is needed.

A smartly presented individual is needed to be a figurehead for the team.

This role is specifically for a fabricator who wants to step up into a management role- and is ideal for someone who can draw from experience to modernise processes within the company and get the workshop operating more efficiently.
