RSFL are looking for a very strong sales executive to join a small well established family run business. This role is to join a small successful team of telesales executives and take on the role of Business Development Executive. YOU MUST have a strong proven track record of sales for at least 3 years.

Highly competitive basic salary and totally achievable commission structure.

Hours are Monday to Fridays 9am to 5pm.

Based on the outskirts of Maidstone and easily accessible via train from Ashford and Maidstone, if you haven’t your own transport.

All About the Role!

Develop sales on allocated accounts through outbound telephone calls

Concentrate on cold call prospect list

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Contribute to the development of a definitive database

Actively seek out and win new accounts

Identify key contact and develop relationships

Drive tender opportunities

Promotion of special Offers, promotions and new products to existing and new customers through phone call and direct mail

Be an advocate of good customer services at all times and look after your territory’s customer service issues

All About You!

Strong Sales background

Minimum of 3 years’ experience

PC Literate

Excellent telephone Communication

Strong Written Communication

Exceptional sales techniques and questioning skills

Self-Motivated, focused and results driven

Record of client retentions and business growth for active and lapsed clients

Customer Focused and Good team player

Planning and Organisational Skills
