Our client are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team in Bromley. The Account Assistant will be supporting the business in raising sales invoices for forwarding to our customers.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
The Accounts Assistant will be raising sales invoices (approx. 600 - 700 invoices per month) manually on SAGE Line 500 from sales opportunities raised by sales account managers and Sales Support function on SalesForce.

The Accounts Assistant will validate billing information prior to sales invoices being raised e.g. correct authorisation, valid customer purchase order number.

The Accounts Assistant will be liaising with Sales Support function and sales account managers to resolve outstanding billing queries which are preventing sales invoice being raised.

The Accounts Assistant will send invoices to customers, either by email or post.

The Accounts Assistant will generate and distribute reports to sales managers in advance of month end advising of sales invoices raised and items in query preventing the raising of sales invoices.

Accounts Assistant Relevant Qualifications and Experience:
Mandatory:
~ AAT or part qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA)
~ Previous sales invoicing experience
~ SAGE experience
~ Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Advantageous:
~ Experience using SalesForce CRM
