Collection Agent
Bromley
£18,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience
Monday – Friday 35 hours per week between the hours of 9.00am – 9.00pm

My successful client based within the Bromley area is currently looking to recruit for a number of Debt Collection Agents due to expansion.
The main duties of the role will be:
Management of your own caseload of pre litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients
Contacting debtors to seek repayment
Liaising with clients to resolve any issues that have arisen
Arranging responsible payment options and communicating these to the client
Working alongside third parties such as solicitors, debt management companies and the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Liaison with debtors via phone, email and letter.
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent written and communication skills
Previous experience of working in a target driven environment
Be a self motivated hard working individual
