6 month Management Accountant job based Mid Kent upto £36k. Ideally part-qualified & available to start ASAP

Working for a well known company based in the Mid-Kent area with over £750 million turnover. Service delivery to the client is the key their success, and remains their highest priority after safety. Due to an influx in work load this organisation are looking for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join them on a 6 month Fixed Term contract with a view to extend.

Your new role
Your main purpose will be to prepare the month end accounts file and assist in the preparation of financial and management information. You will prepare management accounts to review with the Finance Manager, 6 monthly reconciliations for staff/labour/plant costs and review timesheet allocations. You will prepare and review the monthly payroll and overtime costs and make sure projects stay within budget. You will review and report cost capture KPI's, accounts review meetings, forecasting and budgeting.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to ideally be Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA or at least late stages of the AAT with previous experience in management accounting. Ideally you will have worked within manufacturing/construction/engineering type industries and used to working within budgets and accurate allocations of costs. You will be immediately available and able to commit to the full 6 month contract.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary in the range of £30k - £36k pro-rata for the 6 month contract with a view to extend if needed.
