We are looking for an experienced Joiner to lead a team of 3 in our established, busy joinery workshop in Medway.

Our ideal candidate will be apprentice served with proven machining skills and staircase manufacturing and installation experience. A keen eye for detail, good communication skills and a pro-active approach are essential. We have a great team already in place with challenging and diverse projects ahead, due to internal restructuring we are keen to invest in a new team member to drive the business forwards with us.

We would like to offer the right candidate the opportunity to really make a difference and this will be reflected financially. Dependent on experience, this role will offer 30-50k with an additional bonus if targets are met. Working hours are 07.30-16.30 Mon-Fri.
