One of our clients has approached us here at Carlton Recruitment to help them find the next member of their growing team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Worker to work on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 8am til 4pm, though overtime may be required.

. An exciting opportunity has arisen where we require another member to join the team to work mainly in production but with opportunities to learn other areas of the business too.

Responsible to the Production Manager, in a unit in Medway City Estate, their main responsibilities would include :
• Making units - small and large scale.
• Cleaning and maintenance
• Stock-management
• Ability to help with other tasks as required, such as packaging, data management, applications, safety and quality checking.

The ideal candidate would have a willing and mature attitude, be able to lift and carry, and have the ability to manage computer work. Good interpersonal skills are necessary as the successful candidate will be working as part of a close-knit team.

A forklift driving licence would be beneficial, but not essential, as on the job training will be provided.

An interest in chemistry would be an advantage.
