The Individual Giving Officer will play a crucial role working alongside the Individual Giving Manager with responsibility for maximising engagement and income from individual supporters. The post holder will focus on growing and retaining long-term sustainable income through a variety of in-memory, regular giving and legacy fundraising campaigns. Using a variety of media, the Individual Giving Officer will develop campaign materials with internal and external partners. They will work closely with the Database Officer to deliver maximum income, ensuring that data is informing fundraising campaigns.

The Individual Giving Officer will have proven experience of planning and implementing direct marketing campaigns. They will have excellent written skills and the ability to understand and interpret data, with excellent attention to detail. The position will require working across all three hospice sites.
