Barista – Coffee Shop

We are looking for candidates who have either worked for a “Well Known High Street Branded Coffee Shop or Retail Food Outlet” OR had a “Retail customer focused role” and possess the willingness to learn and progress.

This role is a great way to develop skills and expand your responsibilities and kick start your career in hospitality!

All about the role

First line customer facing role, the quality of service and quality of speed of service is critical, the role involves food preparation, order assembly, operating the tills, handling safety equipment, clearing tables, good health and hygiene and cleanliness. You need to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for most of the shifts! You will become trained experts in handcrafting delicious, perfect presented beverages!

**Please note this roles is on a rolling shift basis, therefore the days do change each week. You will work on average 35 - 40 hours per week (with additional hours during busy periods and holiday cover) flexibility is a must as you will be required to work on a 24 hour rota 5 out of 7 days per week**
