We are currently recruiting for customer service staff with good communication skills and pleasant telephone manner to work in a small call center based in Aylesford Kent ME20.
JOB SPEC:
- To take detailed orders over the phone as well as booking jobs for drivers and calling delicate customers.
- Must be used to dealing with sensitive customers in a delicate manner
- Good computer skills
- Diplomatic and nice phone manner
- customer focused and helpful at all times
- training of product knowledge will be given (on the job training)
Working hours 8:30am to 4:30pm (from 1st April weekend hours and extra houres will be available if interested).

This is a full time temp to permanent position, starting pay will be £8.25 per hour on a P.A.Y.E basis with a potential increase and renegotiation after the 12 week probation period and a permanent position is offered.
