Do you have experience of working in an international student recruitment and marketing environment? Do you have a passion for connecting international students with the right study opportunities? If so this full time ongoing role could be ideal.

In this role you will be responsible for planning and delivering international student recruitment strategies and activities for a number of designated markets and achieving overseas student recruitment targets.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will contribute to the growth of international student recruitment to Kent, the development of Kent’s global network of international schools, progression partners and student recruitment agencies and to enhance Kent’s profile internationally.

What will you be responsible for?

Recruit international students in designated countries to ensure international student recruitment targets and objectives are met
Monitor the return on investment and use statistical data and market intelligence to inform future marketing campaigns and recruitment activities
Build up expert cultural knowledge, market intelligence and relationships with key influencers and stakeholders to ensure we take advantage of new opportunities for international recruitment
Manage the relationship with external organisations such as overseas embassies, funding bodies, overseas schools, HE institutions and progression partners
What can you bring to this role?

Proven experience of working in an international student recruitment and marketing environment
Experience of using market intelligence and data to inform the development of targeted recruitment strategies and plans
Experience and awareness of the global student recruitment market and of the issues impacting on HEIs within this market
Experience of working with International Recruitment Agencies
