Finance Manager, £50,000 salary, SW London office based

Your new company
A growing Property Management company based in SW London is looking to hire a new Finance Manager. This company has helped in the management of numerous refurbishment and property development projects for high-end residential properties. As the new Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Accounting to deliver a variety of financial reports, accounts, and bookkeeping.

Your new role
As the new Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing a variety of financial reports, expenditure reports, and review monthly expense claims.
* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
* Manage and review the quarterly VAT returns process
* Co-ordinate payroll administration
* Manage bank reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed here, you MUST be the following:

* A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, etc)
* Experience using Excel and Xero accounting software
* Well organised and able to work to deadlines effectively
* Able to work and communicate effectively within teams
