KHR are working with a long term client based in the Tunbridge Wells area who are looking to recruit a Business Admin Officer/ Receptionist on a temporary or permanent basis. This is an office based role, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, term time. You will be first point of contact for all visitors entering the reception area, providing a positive and friendly service. You will also provide Administration support. Duties listed below:
*Provide Administrative support and reception service
*Manage incoming telephone calls, resolving all enquiries from staff and visitors
*Maintain visitor signing in sheets ensuring accuracy of arrival and departure times
*Sort and distribute of mail and franking post and take to post office
*General admin including: typing, filing, shredding, photocopying, scanning and distributing documents
*Maintain refreshment supplies
*Manage and update shared calendar with events etc
*Preparing letters
*Keep all notice boarding up to date so all staff are kept informed
*Maintain stationary supplies, receiving and checking all stationary deliveries
*Daily review and maintenance of records on SIMS
*Collate and log all invoices for events and trips
*Distribute uniforms and monitor stock
*Monitor office equipment such as laptops and all electronic equipment
*Manage all fleet bookings
*Type and distribute minutes from meetings
*Participate in identified specific projects to improve all administration
*Manage company mailbox
*Update weekly and monthly calendar with meetings, events and room bookings
*Attend and participate in team meetings
