We are recruiting for a Head HR and Education to lead the HR and Education Team to deliver the People Strategy within the organisation, whilst being a proactive member of the Executive Management Team.
Our Head of HR and Education will be a people professional with senior generalist experience who will provide strategic leadership to enable the workforce to deliver excellent palliative care in east Kent.
The post holder will also be providing operational leadership to our People activities including recruitment and payroll services with a focus on customer experience at the forefront.
Our Head HR and Education will have ER expertise which can be shared with our HR Business Partners within their dedicated business units to drive best practice across our people management processes.
The successful candidate will lead our Education and Training offerings, building a culture of learning across the organisation and aligning talent management activities with HR Business Partners as well as ensuring training compliance as a registered healthcare organisation.
