Based in the stunning setting of the Precincts of Canterbury Cathedral and St Augustine’s Abbey – a World Heritage Site – The King’s School is one of the oldest and most prestigious Schools in the country with an enviable record of academic excellence and achievement.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for someone creative, with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school website and creating daily social media output.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: (full list of responsibilities on the job description available on the King's School website)
• Manage the website, updating visual and written content as required
• Use relevant digital and social media platforms to help communicate the key brand messages and hence strengthen our market position
• Assist the Head of Marketing with the creation and updating of all promotional marketing material – print and digital

The post holder will work 37.5 hours per week, for 36 weeks of the year (term time with a couple of additional weeks). Flexibility is required as weekend work will be required.
