My client is looking for a IFA in their Medway offices. Their team is focused on delivering financial planning services and having been established since 2008 they have taken the market by storm offering a bespoke financial advice in all areas. They combine the expertise of qualified Mortgage Advisers with Financial Planners to support all their clients. They are independent and directly authorised by the FCA, meaning that they able to provide their clients with the whole of market advice and have complete control over how they run their business. An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Adviser to provide a first-class financial planning service to the company's existing and prospective customers, building long-term profitable relationships and meeting set regulated sales targets. To ensure that the commitment to customer service is met by demonstrating competence at all stages of the advisory process and always operating within the FS Rules as documented within the company's training & competence scheme guide. To be responsible for effective lead generation with potential customers to ensure sufficient new business delivery levels.

Candidates must hold the Financial Planning Certificate together with Competent Advisor Status and possess a proven, successful regulated sales track record. Results focused with an innovative and creative approach to sales lead generation and achievement of sales results, with a proven commitment to the provision of excellent customer service.
