Are you a highly experienced marketer with proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns? Are you committed to high performance and continuous improvement and used to leading a team to achieve objectives in marketing, recruitment and communications?
In this role you will provide direction and leadership in the delivery of marketing activity for the division, enhancing its reputation and strengthening student recruitment. The workload will be demanding and your ability to deal with changing priorities will be key, as will your ability to influence and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders alike.
As Marketing Manager you will:
develop and deliver the divisional marketing strategy, ensuring the Division continues to positively enhance their recruitment targets, profile and reputation
manage the divisional website, digital and print marketing
oversee marketing activity and conversion strategy for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
lead, motivate and develop relevant team members
To be successful in this role you will need:
knowledge and understanding of marketing and recruitment in the higher education sector
experience of leading and managing an effective marketing and recruitment team, generating ideas for campaigns in line with marketing and strategy
experience of using social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) for business purposes
excellent and effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills, particularly the ability to persuade and inspire colleagues to work collaboratively to ensure strategic priorities are met, and the ability to produce clear and concise written materials
