Looking for someone to oversee from start to finish small residential projects.

You will be experienced working to budget, delivering projects on time and managing trades and stakeholders. You will also have knowledge of working with local authorities and comfortable with legislation this entails with planning regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who has upwards of 3 years’ experience in a similar role who can work autonomously.

Salary £35-£45K.
