This is a lovely job with a great award winning training team which are highly regarded in the industry as the best Carer training.

If you have a good care background training will be given. If you have level 2 Diploma / NVQ in Health & Social Care they would be helpful, but not essential.

As well as delivering in house training courses, you will be required to book Carers onto the training courses, attend mandatory training in line with regulatory requirements, attend other relevant training courses.

You must be a team player, have a professional and approachable manner with excellent communications skills.
