Systems Project Accountant | 12-18 months | Kent / Home Working

Our client, a leading international services business with a fantastic reputation, are currently in the process of aligning systems within the group and are looking to recruit additional resource to support the finance team that have been seconded onto the migration project. Working closely with the project lead, the Project Accountant will support the process of migrating data for month end, financial reporting, including multiple trial balances and ledgers. In addition, they will ensure all data is reconciled between the systems and accurate, carry out data mapping, sign off historic data and undertake high volume reconciliations to ensure an accurate outcome and reliable data for the business.

Candidates will be highly numerate, available to start a role at short notice and must possess excellent reconciliations experience, understand data mapping processes and be used to working with large sets of data in a complex organisation. Strong systems skills will be essential and advanced working knowledge of Excel. Previous experience of a data migration / systems project would be extremely advantageous.
