Reed Finance are delighted to be working exclusively with one of the nations leading businesses in the motor industry, who are currently in search of a motivated, highly skilled Finance Director to add to their team.

The role is being recruited as a short term solution with the opportunity for an extended contract or permanent role at the end.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to really help make a difference in ever growing and profitable business.

Reporting into the Directors of the business the role will be responsible for the following tasks;

Promotion of a results driven culture
Redesigning processes to improve efficiency and controls
Improve visibility across the operations through detailed analysis and reporting
Improve communication between finance and operations
Expand the control and influence of finance across the business

Profile

You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent) with strong financial leadership skills that can be evidenced through experience. You will have a strong technical background and will be happy to take a hands on approach when required. In addition, you will have experience of providing an excellent finance business partnering service to non-finance.
