Shepherd Neame is Britain’s oldest brewer, based in the historic town of Faversham, Kent. As an independent family business, we own and operate over 320 pubs, and produce a wide range of exceptional ales and lagers, including Spitfire Ale, Whitstable Bay and Bishops Finger. An exciting, permanent opportunity has arisen for the position of Master Data Analyst within our Business Systems team.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Assist in the maintenance and management of all master data held by the Company.
• Ensure stored & reported business data is input to SAP accurately, securely, consistently and in line with approval processes.
• Adhere to, maintain and improve Master Data processes.
• Work within a small team to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Be an ambassador for the Master Data team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of how data is used within an organisation, and how quality within the data is maintained. Previous experience of working in similar role is advantageous, coupled with a desire to thrive in a busy Master Data team.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Experience of a similar role
• Previous experience of using an ERP system, preferably SAP.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel to intermediate level.
• Ability to accurately manipulate, analyse & process large data sets.
• First class verbal and written communication skills.

Normal hours of work are Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week. 08.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday
