We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join us on a fixed term maternity leave contract.
The role involves preparation, packing and shipment of goods per customer orders and shipment schedules.

Duties will include:
•All aspects of departmental supply chain activities (incoming goods to customer orders)
•Purchase order generation, goods receipt and customer orders
•Support Manufacturing by providing historical data on customer requirements
•Liaise with QC, QA and R&D to support procurement processes
•Build customer relationships by providing timely communication with customers

About You
To be considered for this position you must have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and strong organisational skills.

Ideal candidate will have:
•A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain/ Warehouse operations
•Working knowledge of ERP/ MRP systems and processes, preferably Syteline
•Knowledge of principals when transporting goods by various means including import/ export regulations
•Operations within a QMS to ISO 13485 and GMP environment
