The Student Support team at Hadlow College are recruiting for a Student Engagement Coordinator to contribute to the coordination of all areas of support for students across Hadlow campuses.

• Safeguarding, Child and Adult Protection

The successful candidate will lead on the coordination of Student Finance and Learner Involvement. He/she will work collaboratively with other Coordinators on their areas of responsiiblity to deliver a measurable, high quality, consistent and equitable service on all campuses.

Responsibilities include ensuring that all aspects of Student Support are delivered effectively in line with internal targets and external drivers such as Ofsted, Government and local priorities. Line management of a group of designated Student Support staff is also a part of this post.

As well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan and free car parking, this post also attracts 33 days holiday each year (excluding bank holidays).

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and provide proof of their right to work in the UK. Where applicable, a prohibition check will be carried out.
