We are looking to recruit a Customer Liaison Apprentice to join the team at our Honda dealership in Ashford, Kent. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy meeting people and are looking to start your automotive career, then this brand new opportunity could be just for you!

We are collaborating with the Learning Skills Partnership to offer this NVQ Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service. It is a 12 month course which, upon successful completion, will lead to a permanent full time role for the right candidate.

The role of Customer Liaison Apprentice involves being the first point of contact for customers both on the telephone and face to face, offering a professional customer service experience which results in high satisfaction levels and repeat business. Key duties include:

•Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times and deliver the JCB brand ambition
•Ensure all customers and visitors receive a pleasant and courteous welcome, promoting the professional image of the company
•Ensure customer enquiries by telephone are handled courteously and are directed to the appropriate person to convert these enquiries to appointments/test drives/sales
•Help the retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
•Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00 with an hour's unpaid lunch break.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual with a keen interest in the Automotive Industry to develop key skills which will lead to a rewarding and varied career. Applicants must have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above.
